These are the basic terms for using GTA Front Desk. GTA Front Desk is operated by XPLOREFUTURE, an Ontario sole proprietorship. Your signed service agreement contains the full terms; if anything here differs, the service agreement applies.
The service
We answer calls your phone forwards to us using an AI virtual assistant. It takes the caller's name, number, address and problem and sends you a summary. It does not book jobs, quote prices, take payments or give technical advice unless you agree to that in writing.
Price
- CA$299 per month, billed in advance.
- No setup fee.
- Includes up to 600 answered minutes per month. We will not charge for extra minutes unless you agree to it in writing first.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full.
Cancel anytime
The service is month to month. Cancel any time by email or through the billing portal. Service continues to the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Safety and emergencies
GTA Front Desk is a message-taking service, not an emergency or dispatch service. If a caller mentions a gas smell, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire or danger to anyone, the assistant gives a standard referral: leave the building and call 911 (for a gas smell, 911 or the gas utility's emergency line). This is a standard referral, not a safety assessment or technical advice. We don't guarantee that every call is answered, transcribed correctly or delivered on time, because phone networks, call forwarding and AI can fail.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim. We aren't liable for missed callbacks, lost jobs or lost revenue.
Changes
We give 30 days' email notice before changing these terms or the price. You can cancel before a change takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
